CONFLICT NETWORK RECRUITMENT

Conflict Network, a growing server network is looking for staff who can fulfill the duties of staff. If you are interested in applying please contact us at the following message on this page. If you think you are good enough to be tested for staff, please contact us following any of the contact ways below. Our server is in need of staff by the following ranks. The ones in bold are needed the most in our network. Specifications will be later.

INTRO

Our server started as a small server in the month of september, based around a magic theme, We had witches and wizards along with werewolves and vampires, just to give it a kick. This month the server took a wide turn and became what is now known as Conflict Network. Going through lots of ideas and name changes, the server became official. Still keeping its magic like theme, but it is no longer the way it use to be, it is more of magic like named ranks. It is currently just a hub, bungee, prison, and kitpvp which the kitpvp may be removed soon due to the owner not being in contact. Now we are planning to have the official launch date before Christmas at least, so we need help to start us up soon!


RANKS NEEDED


The ranks we are in need of for now go along with how many we need. The bold ones are the ones we will need the most at the time as the non-bolds are the ones we dont need at much. The ranks we need go as following also in most needed-1 and least- 4.

REQUIREMENTS


Here are the minimum requirements for the roles on our server.

1. Builder - 1 years Minecraft experience, 2 large high quality builds in your portfolio, 1 medium high quality builds, 1 small high quality build, good without World Edit (We have it don't worry), great planning skills, even builder.
2. Developer - 2 years Java coding experience, past BungeeCord development skills, 1 years plugin knowledge, past server knowledge, running servers knowledge.
3. Helper - Staff experience, past server owning knowledge (Not required), Staff Portfolio, Kind to players.

Just so you know, the majority of the players on here probably didn't start playing minecraft when it first released in 2011, according to your "Builder Requirements of 5 years minecraft experience" I highly doubt this is something that's necessary.

Builder- 4 years of Minecraft experience, have always been into building and have a lot of people telling me that i need to apply for a builder rank on a server. I can basically took at a photo in real life and change it into minecraft. I don't use schematics and rarely use world edit. All i need it time and you'll be impressed
