Hello, my name is Unleashed. I'm Co-Commissioner of a new company called Spark Management and I'm currently looking to recruit a range of positions willing to help other servers start out. We don't do our work for free, we pay our employees when work is completed.

Our business is about taking a dedicated and positive mindset into our work and producing the best possible product based on our client’s requests.

The team members of Spark Management have a great amount of personal experience in staffing communities and helping as many people as humanly possible! Each one of our team members come from different diverse backgrounds working with clients and providing the best possible service.

· Delux thread designs: $6.25 (1080x4500)

· Logos base price: $15.25
· Extra text + $3.00
· Server icons [64x64 icons]: $11.25
· Buycraft icons: $8.25 per icon [Discounted if 6 or more purchased]
· Backgrounds: $9.50
· Large + Complex backgrounds: $25.00
Server Setups:
Basic Server Setup: $2.00 USD
· These setups consists of your basic necessities, such as setting up standard plugins
· Advanced Server Setup: $5.00 USD
We go in a little deeper on this one, this includes the basic setups plus things such as setting up chat and a leaderboard!
· Full Server Setup: $10.00 USD
We’re going all out on this one, we set up everything for you from top to bottom. For example: Staff chats, extra plugins, GUI’S, kits, ranks, player/staff permissions, configs, crates, and you name it, we do it!
XenForo and Enjin set-ups:
· Enjin set-up: $1.25 (Including professional formats/rule set-ups, themes, user group set-ups and sub forum sections set-up)
· XenForo set-up: $3.25 (User group set-ups, sub-sections/written formats + themes and proper XenForo theme installation from ThemeHouse)

- Graphic Designer – Our graphic designers will use their skills and own programmes to design what our clients request. (For example, BuyCraft lcon or server icon)
- Web Designer – Our web designers will help designing web pages and forums based on our client’s request (web designers may be asked to work with a graphic designer)
- Plugin Coders – Plugin coders will be contacted when needed (maybe asked to work with configures)
- Advertisers – Advertisers include media owners/managers, Youtubers and streamers.
- Management (Including: community, staff, advertisement, financial, business and commission management)
- Administrators – Administrators have an important role in helping to run the team. Helping with configs, donation issues, monitoring finance, creating management plans, managing documents etc.
- Moderators – Moderators will have the role of a basic staff member. Moderators will help servers by training new staff, providing their own in-put, monitoring chat, and making sure everyone is in control.
- Configurators – Configurators will play a big role in server set ups based upon our packages. Configurators will config on clients request.
