I only take a %7.5 cut out of payments, for the first month or around that all of that money would be put in to make the website.

Seems rather auspicious to me.
Why would this be suspicious in any way? Mostly all teams require a cut from the payment.[DOUBLEPOST=1496280956][/DOUBLEPOST]I find a client, he gives me the details, I send it over to the chat to see who will accept it, he will send 50% over (this is only for small, medium and large plugins, other plugins will be discussed), the developer finishes the plugin and gives it to me, the client pays me the other 50%, I send the client the plugin, I pay the developer the money and take %7.5 of it.

We still need 2-3 developers that are able to dedicate their time to making plugins for our clients.

Same stuff as above, right now we are currently getting a verified Skype account and setting up the website and Google Suite account.
