Recruitment Section Rules

Hey.

I was just looking down the recruitment section and saw loads of service team threads about recruiting freelancers.
I am sure a rule was changed a while ago so that service teams couldn't post threads requesting for more freelancers, however they could post threads in there for HR and Staff recruitment.

Does anyone else know much about this rule... I might be going crazy

tbh never tried myself because had no reason to, but from people that I saw made always complained getting respond after days lol

mainly depends on the staff member who sees it first, post at right times

Yeah, I am mainly asking the public until I actually find where I saw the rule
