Hey, I'm here to tell you about Recruitment. Recruitment is away for freelancers (e.g. graphic designers, managers, developers etc.) to get orders for there work.
Most places like Recruitment take a % (cut) of the money you make. But at Recruitment we take nothing.
Let me explain how Recruitment works:
1. The freelancer joins the discord server, makes a ticket, applies for the role and shows examples of their work. (In this case the freelancer is a developer)
2. A client joins the server, creates a ticket and asks for a developer, we choose the best developer (we even orders out, so all the developers get an even amount of orders, all the graphic designers get an even amount of orders etc.)
3. Once the developer has been chosen they get added to the ticket, and have the ability to chat with the client. Showing their portfolio will be good at this point.
4. The client orders, using the payment methods the developer takes, the order is fulfilled and the client can leave a review based on the ordered product.
This should never happen, but in the event of a scam, (the client pays the money and doesn't receive the order) a scam report will be opened on MC-Market, and the freelancer will be added to our blacklist.
