Any details about the server?

What staff do you need? Moderators, developers, managers? etc.

Are these staff paid?

Provide more overall details please.

This will be a factions server and typically servers dont pay staff members unless they are a high role like a developer or a builder. something of significance so no unless you are this role you will not be paid. Im looking for people to help me out when the server is open so typically helpers and mods ext and you will have to work your way up the ladder, bearing in mind you will not be able to play if your a high ranking staff member and all rules will be taken seriously so we are looking for responsible players. If your wanting to help out with the server your more than welcome to in whatever way your able to help.

I've owned a server for two years I know how this works.

Servers will pay Managers and high ranking staff to manage the server, especially system managers. Moderators or Admins aren't expected to be paid.
