Why do you need multiple threads where in each one it is the same text every time?
Why not just post 1 thread in the "Recruitment & Staff" page?
Literally, this guy reposted the same thread 4 times, some of them don't even have a different title.

Note that one of them is in Web Design & Development and one of them is in Design & Graphics

In my opinion staff should let people post a recruitment thread only either in the appropriate section (Recruitment & Staff), or at least post it just once wherever.

Staffing is different from graphic designers. It’s handy to be able to request things in specific sections.

I’m all for not allowing staffing teams to recruit in the sections. Though I don’t want it completely removed.

I agree that recruiting for services teams shouldn’t be allowed.

It will be to big of a nuisance for freelancers to go through pages of threads just to find one thread relating graphic designing (or other services)
It ruins the whole purpose of having sections.

Since it's not possible to post one thread in several forums, posting one thread per forum seems appropriate to me. The purpose of the service sale forums is to allow people to request/offer services, why should we stop people from doing that?
