Hello all I am releasing a network with 7 severs (not configured as of yet) I need some responsible staff who are willing to dedicate there time on my network.
The current list of staff I need is,
- Helper
- Builder
- Moderator
- Admin
- Developer

I don't really understand the age requirement. What if there is someone who is younger (someone like me), who is a lot more mature, and a better staff member than someone who's 15+.
I've met many people, who've said they thought I was 16 - 18, because of my level or maturity, my grammar, and how responsible I am.

Each time someone comes and ask for staff that is older then anything over 14, someone is gonne question it, and each time I tell the same thing: Challenge it through a application or go on.
Just like real-life jobs, the position will have requirments. Not always are these written in stone, as they are usually used to take away a bunch of the applicants in one move by just saying that they are not reaching the requirment if the position has too many applicants. You can simply take a shot at it anyway and tell the truth about you not reaching the requirment but still wanting the position and hope for the best.
If you dont get the position through application or think it's too unethical to have age requirments, then apply somewhere else which fits you better.

Yeah, I get where you're coming from, I'm not the type of person to really become staff on servers, but, with using an age requirement, you could be blocking out someone who really is good at being staff, yes you will get annoying 12 year olds just asking, but you just have to be stubborn and say no. Personally, from experience, I think age requirements are not really that useful, and as you said, with the real life jobs, yes, there is age requirements, but that's for a reason + most younger people just ask for money from parents, or family, or friends.
