So I was selling 2 of these spawns. Semi Exclusive as 1 has been sold and I will only sell one more. However the one I sold of this spawn is not completly the same. They wanted the build incomplete as I was gifting it to them and wasnt finished but they needed it and I gave it to them so this is still different from that one as this is completed fully by me besides a few of the trees I don't take credit for.
I can make small adjustments for a few extra dollars.
