Yeah, but if it were exclusive EPIC should have been more clear. It was clear from the start that the battle pass was gonna be exclusive to THAT season. They should have said from the start yes we are gonna bring back <insert holiday item here> or no we are not bringing them back as it would have been 100% more fair. The only skins i think should be rare are all skins that were said to be exclusive in season 1 as that was 100% confirmed to be so.

I traded a red knight account to a user, and we made a deal that if the red kinght come back he would've trade everything back.
Yeah u can edit the TOS at any time, BUT the user legally agreed to the current TOS so you'd have to give it back because he never agreed to the new one.

Idk i feel like the account selling is just luring to much people to get scammed, especially because there is no guarantee that u get full access to the account. literally any account that u played from the start can be pulled back, i could literally sell my account give them OGE access and i'd still be able to take it back into my posession.
