RedArmsMC Staffing requests​

RedArms is an organization that strives to bring top quality gaming services to all that we can. The org started as a small competitive eSports team but has recently returned to their roots with minecraft, making a new branch called RedArmsMC.

In the past few months, RedArmsMC has been a side project, unfunded and not staffed at all. Solely ran by me with no other help as was just a hobby. I'd like to now turn it into something bigger by handing over the responsibilities to someone with more time than me.

Server Manager

Server manager will play a major role in this server. Think of this position as a the highest rank on the server.

• Reports directly to Owner(Croxo)
• 40% of server income(This means to start you will be unpaid)
• Not expected to invest money
• Runs the backend of the server, meaning plugins and backups.
• Management experience is expected

Community Manager
​

Community manager will play a large part when it comes to the staffing of the server. Think of this position as running the server.

• Reports directly to Server Manager
• 10% of server income(This means to start you will be unpaid)
• Not expected to invest money
• Runs the frontend of the server, meaning staff and community
• Management experience is expected
