We are a development company just starting out and are looking for some aspiring developers to join our team! The work you'll have to do with us however some may call, tedious but trust me when you finish your first job and get your pay it'll all be worth it!
What are your requirements?
We don't demand much from our staff, we only ask that they are skilled in what they do and if they do. We will issue them tests regularly and review their work done for clients. If we deem your work to be of a poor quality or not of our expectations, we will cut your pay.
What makes you different from other development groups?
We ensure that you have a say in the amount your paid. Before any project is accepted we will see how much you want to charge and the you want to charge, then we will add our fee until the price is reasonable.
Our devs often get paid less than the average, but the work - money ratio is actually higher than the average. Oh yeah and if a client wants a refund you keep your cut!
