/redeem plugin/skript.

Hello. I am in the process of devoloping a crate-based server with a few close friends. I am looking for a plugin/skript which will enable a player to /redeem (text) when they recieve a certain item, and are holding it in their hand. Once they execute this command, it will notify staff members of their action, along with the message. If the staff members miss this message, they will be able to /check and see all the messages from users who executed the command. Once it has been dealt with, they will be able to delete the message.

If anyone can help that would be great. I will explain more in private as i do not want to give any server details away.
