Well, no arguing that Anaesthetic is not a semi. Just because you lack knowledge of medical terms (Anaesthetic is a really well-known drug used is almost every surgery) doesn't mean you get to call it a semi.

im talking about in general usage
sure people that work in a hospital would think this is og, but im talking about everyone here. something like iphone or android would be og, because everyone knows what they are. something like fortnite would be og because everyone has heard of it. not really anything that applies to a certain audience
