Redirect user’s profile page link to Open Scam Reports tab for disabled users

Quite a few users have been taking loans or etc, then disabling. When they do this users can’t check if they have any open scam reports cause their profile is blocked

my suggestion is to keep it blocked but just show the open scam reports tab to not be scammed

This is a great idea, we'll be implementing it at the same time that we implement our business account updates I believe, which is next in the queue for development by one of our developers.

Initially this was an idea I was really in favor of, but the more that I think about it the less I like it. With our XF2 migration we'll be hiding the transaction disputes (new name for scam reports) forum and only making them accessible through the transaction disputes tab on users profile. Even despite this change, I still think it's a bad idea for us to be showing the tab publicly on deactivated accounts.

We don't allow people to delete their accounts on MC-Market. Instead, we allow them to deactivate their profiles to hide it from everyone other than staff. I believe that it would be immoral of us if we didn't give people the ability to hide their profiles upon request, and hide their profile in its entirety. It's a slippery slope to be showing the transaction disputes part of a profile.

Instead, we will go with the plan I've had for the past few months to add a big scary warning to deactivated profiles essentially stating "This user has deactivated their account and can reactivate at any time. Never transact with anyone who has their account deactivated as you cannot see their feedback, reputation totals, or contact details to verify their identity."

It's not perfect, but I value our user's who genuinely want their profiles to be hidden more than those who are willing to be a part of a transaction with deactivated accounts, especially with the warning we plan on making for it.
