Redo the rules

So basically, the rules are iffy, people threads are being removed it's annoying. If you could COMPLETELY redo the rules, it would make all of our lives 1000 times easier.

What rules in particular do you have a problem with? From what you've read my understanding is that you feel the rules are too strict, but I think that since we are a marketplace where hundreds of thousands of dollars are transferred each year, people should be serious.
