Redoing config and update

hi I have a old server I bought off here but its out of date and no longer works would anyone be willing to take a look and see if they can get it working and reconfigured? how much? as far as I can tell it just needs plugin updates and configs fixed but I haven't looked too far into it for easier contact msg me on discord shadowhuntershan#9062
