Redstone Optimization Help

Hello everyone, I am here requesting a way to optimize redstone. I have just recently had an issue with a massive pumpkin farm causing Insane lag, Here is quick SS of one timings report while this farm was moving its pistons: https://gyazo.com/4c69c1ee73c33c27fbf1e9846d652532
This makes the server almost unplayable. I am wondering if there is a way to edit the wey pistons move and redstone torches work without messing up my cannonning, as this is quite an issue. If you think you have a plugin, or can make something that will fix this please reply to this thread and we can talk!

You can get a plugin that will do that for you https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/react-smart-server-performance.21057/ and its well known and it works

Thanks for all the replies, React screws up cannons badly and infact the plugin sometimes uses more resources then it helps with.
