RedstoneMC - Searching staff manager

Hello everyone,

My upcoming server RedstoneMC is in need of a staff manager. The position will not be paid at this moment but maybe it will be later on.

What is RedstoneMC
RedstoneMC is an upcoming server. The gamemode will be a sort of realistic survival. You can get diseases, it has a temperature system, anti grief, thrust, food expiration(possibly) and many more. The server is almost ready for release.

Why do I need a staff manager
A server without a staff team is a total chaos. As a starting server I think it's important to have active staff members. As I can't do everything alone I thought that it was a good idea to hire a staff manager.

What you need to do as a staff manager
On RedstoneMC you will need to do the following things:

• Promoting and demoting staff where needed.
• Help the staff members with their questions etc.
• Train the helpers and learn them what to do.
• Accept or deny the applications for staff members
• Make some staff announcements
• Help me with some ranks and permissions where you think it can be improved

Requirements

• Mature behaivior
• Some experience
• Age of 14 years and older(not really needed but is preferred)
• A bit knowledge about discord
• Some knowledge about PEX
• You need to be active

Previous experience: I have not had the staff manager rank on any server before but I have made my own server where I had to do the job of staff manager. I also know about all the duties of staff manager.

Any proofs of the experience: No, my server was higrovila pvp.

Why should I choose you: While I havent been staff manager before I do know the basics of what to do and I personally feel I would be great at it. I can go through staff applications on forums, do interviews, accept and deny, promote, demote and be the head of staff helper mentoring.

Hours you can spend a day: During the week my time is limited to 1-2 hours because of school but during the weekend Im free all day 90% of the time. During the week I can go through staff applications, and do interviews. On the weekend I can do the announcements, more staff applications, promotion/demotions and also my administrative duties.

Extra for experience: I have not been staff manager but I have been moderator 3 times, sr.mod once, and admin long long ago.

I'd like to spare you the pain of dealing with people who want to pass themselves off as "qualified" but really don't know what they're doing.
