Previous experience: I've been an admin on multiple servers, but sadly most of which have gone down due to lack of funding. I've had the job of monitoring medium sized player bases.
Motivation: This is quite a new and unique gamemode that I would enjoy being a part of. I think this would be an amazing experience being able to keep a fun and safe environment for players.
Why should we choose you: I believe you should recruit me for your administration team, as I have had plenty of experience on previous servers. I am able to handle difficult situations that may arise between players, with previous experience I will diffuse arguments at the best of my ability. I provide no bias toward any player, as that may cause conflict.
Hours that you can be only(weekly): 3 Hours on weekdays at max.

Previous experience: I've owned around 4 servers, one of them being a hub network. Every server I've made has failed due to me not having any motivation to progress them further. I've also been staff on many other servers, I cannot name all of them.
Motivation: This is a new gamemode that I have never heard of and would love to help progress it. I think this would be a fun and unique gamemode that most players have never thought/heard of before and would love to play it.
Why should we choose you: I will never half do a job, I will always complete it no matter what the stakes are. I am nice and at the same time, laid-back, meaning that I will do my job my way. I want everyone who joins RedstoneMC to feel that way and I will try my best to do so. I am a very honest guy, if I do something bad or a mistake I will for sure come up and say that it was me and say what happened to its fullest. I believe that the staff would hopefully find me a good addition to the staff team, and I know that I can make a difference. I know the responsibility of being a staff member. I know what it is like to be a member and have a staff member not listen to your point of view. Previous experience: Let me begin by saying I will always do my absolute best to help other players and staff members on the server. And also ban or mute anyone that is not abiding by the rules of the network. I can also provide an amazing playing environment for each and every player on your server and keep it functioning at all times by silently watching all the players that have been reported for malicious hacks. Also, I have an amazing Screen sharing abilities, I have gone through many SS trainings on how to properly SS someone from all the other servers I have been staff on. One last thing is my moderating experiences Let me begin by saying I have never been staff on any factions server, but like they always say there is a first for everything.I have been staff on many prisons,skyblock and factions servers and I would like to add faction to the list. Some servers that I have been staff on being Sky Block. XYZ Which I have respectfully resigned from a while back. I helped a lot with stop chat spammer and swearing in chat due to the fact that it was a skyblock server there were not many hackers, but whenever there are any hackers believe me I would be the first one to see them and ban/SS them. Next, I have been staff on a prison server call CrazyPrisons.net I was an SR.Admin on Prions Ice and I would mostly take support request on TeamSpeak 3 but every once in a while I would hop on and ban the hackers, chat spammer/chat flooders and deal with those types of things. Finally, I have been staff on a factions server called TwilightFaction.com this factions server had a very small player base and I this server was the one I enjoyed the most because there were barely any hacker everyone played fair, we had the occasional X-Ray hacker, but they never did it again the community itself want fun in general, but sadly the server had to shut down due to the owner have IRL issues.
Motivation: I believe that this will very much be a successful server due to the unique gamemode

I'm really nice guy I love assisting people with their issues if someone needs a boost in their day I would be the one to do it people say I'm really funny but I honestly think I’m a dumb funny Next, Well I have been staff on many other servers that have been shut down. I would also like to be staff because I like to help people and offer help, It really doesn't matter if your staff or not I still like to help. I also make sure people get accepted for who they are and make people feel welcome. It is very important that people get treated with respect and love. If people get bullied it makes me feel sad because it's not a good thing to deal with, I know this because I have had the experience in middle school and it's something that Is hard to get rid off but I moved schools and I felt accepted there, if I see anyone being bullied I will do something about it. Also, I have the skills to be a staff member. Why do you want to be staff?:I think I should be staff because I really enjoy this experience as a member and I know how easily that can be ruined by other players and hackers and trash talkers and so if I become staff I can keep that away which makes me and other players happy I like to have fun so I PVP and grind a lot. Previous experience: My prior experiences, held no grudges towards an individ. I have managed servers both holding a building/event team. I was Server manager @ Gammamc.net , fademc.net , vyzon.net and vexixmc.net. I'll contribute my fully assistance in order to make an efficient support.
I have no thrist in knowledge, dedicated months in GFX designing, meaning i'm able to create creative signatures as well as creative buildings ING. I have studied CSS&Html, I have the knowledge to provide anything requested at any Forum platform as the Forums listed are created by me.
Motivation: A brandnew server is like a child, in order to grow its potential, we have to feed the child, as it grows, it becomes more famous, which is what i'll ensure you happens.
Why should we choose you: I believe I could benefit fit in the RedStone network positively through my knowledge. I may solve problems, issues or any related type without offending anyone in process. Whenever a player requests asisstance, i'll make sure to immediately arrive and do anything in my power to make sure the person leaves the situation without any other thoughts.
Speaking of helping, my building experiences has been used to multiple servers. They have became large and well known all over a specific server. Upon being given a building task, I could guarantee you that the progress will be finished efficiency with qualities and the only time I judge my work is when i'm satisfied.
My qualifications are mainly being mature and support the rules. My knowledge, an interpretation of rules can be a crutial point to develop the best solution to problems that can occure.
Instead of following basic instincts I am able to respond to problems in an apropiate manner. Always knowing the time and place to act in an effective way according to the circumstances.
I have the experience to know what is on and off limits based on my experience in real life, my knowledge on rules of the server and basic common sense in overall game experience can make me an efficient support.

I'm very experienced in the area of helping people, mainly because it is something I love to do. There has been a few occasions now where I have proved myself worthy of Staff, and shown I really take a passion with Helping people.
Experience 1.
First I started off as any other player and I worked my respect up and applied for staff! I almost immediately got Helper and I was thrilled to get this awesome opportunity, then to my utter shock a while later I got promoted to Mod and from this point on I was even more determined to work my way up the staff ladder! This was when I really showed them the skills I had to offer and I just kept getting promoted! Head-Mod , Admin, Head-Admin and finally Developer! Meaning I was promoted a total of 5 times (6 if you include the promotion to Helper). As this story Shows I take great pride and effort in being a staff member. And to get promoted that many times surely shows I'm trustworthy!
However this server sadly shut down but if it hadn't I'm sure I would still be staffing there to this day!
Experience 2.
I was also a Staff member on EpicSB. 70 days dedicated to Helping people and the Server overcome Rule Breakers, Problems and so on. This so far has been my favourite time on my Staffing journey and hopefully not my last time too! I was the Staff rank Helper for 40 days which was when I got promoted to the Second Staff rank Trial-Mod I was then Trial-Mod for a total of 30 days until I had no choice but to sadly resign to do Exams and Coursework. And to this day I miss being staff! Although I try to help anyone when I can sometimes they just wont listen to you unless you have a staff tag before your name!!
*During this time due to my second staff rank I would help the Head-Staff choose staff hence why I'm going for the Staff Manager!*
Motivation:
