Referral Link Ban Exemption - Begging Forums

So as we all know, there is a rule banning all referral links on MCM. Such links are any kind of website that involves a certain number of clicks from different IP addresses to unlock a reward or goal. While these links are banned on MCM currently, I believe it would be in the sites best interest to exempt or lift this ban from the begging area of the forums. I feel that these kinds of links are a type of begging in a sense and should be allowed in the begging section only. As simple as this suggestion may be, I feel that it would definitely benefit the site greatly and relieve the staff members of some, although minimal, stress.

While I try to avoid begging whenever and wherever possible, and I know many people look down on the activity..
I know not everyone follows the same principles, and if there were any place where sharing referral links should be allowed, the begging area would be it, which is in place so that these people have somewhere to go, and so staff have a place to direct them to, so that they're not posting these things in other areas of the forums where everyone else who doesn't want to see it has to see it.

I see no harm in exempting the begging forum from the referral link ban. It seems fairly suited seeing as only those desperate for money will be posting there, and those who are willing to give it will be reading.
