ReforgedPvP - Looking for developers

Hello everyone, I'm Matt. I am an Owner & Developer of a server called ReforgedPvP. We are a factions server dedicated to providing our players with the best Cosmic-Test (CosmicPvP Test) styped experience. We are looking for experienced developers who can put consistent time into our server and work specifically on our Factions Server.

Requirements

• A high understanding of Java and naming conventions (min. 1 year).
• High quality, and readable code.
• Keep us updated and reachable, with daily calls (If needed)
• Be able to communicate via discord.
• Have a good understanding of errors, and be able to fix them with speed and efficiency.
• Must be able to put at least 5-15 Hours of work every week.
• It would help if you had past experience with past minecraft servers (Medium / Semi-Big).
• Flexible to listen to our ideas, even if you dislike them.
• Have a decent amount of knowledge on Faction servers and how they run, or be willing to learn.

Work Time Frame
• You will have to be able to work AT LEAST 5-15 hours a week. (Unless no work / major updates are needed)
• We will be flexible and understanding if you are not able to work for reasons outside of online etc.

Payment
You will be paid once the server is up and running. You may also be paid per project.
5-15$ Small project
15-30 Medium project
30-50+ Major project
