You, the client, are required to acknowledge and accept the following:

- A 50% downpayment is required before we start work
- When we are finished, you are required to pay the final 50% before we send the product
- Refunds are not ensured - if we have made a serious error, we will try to resolve the error before issuing a refund
- You are paying for a service, not for a good
- You are free to redistribute or resell our exclusive work in any way, as long as you credit RefractStudios
- You are not allowed to redistribute or resell our non-exclusive work in any way
- You are not allowed to take credit for our work in any way
- If you chargeback any payments to us, or fail to pay in full, a scam report will be opened against you, and we have the right to distribute or sell your commission in any way we choose
- If you cancel our deal when we have already begun work, we will keep a fair amount of your downpayment for the work we have done
- If you request something previously undiscussed, we have the right to refuse to implement it or raise the price of your commission
- We have the right to deny service to anyone we choose for any reason
- When purchasing from us you’re the client.
