We provide services such as Minecraft server setups, Builds, and handy plugins. We are looking to recruit, but we are only looking the best of the best. We are looking for developers & builders.
Payments
At RefractStudios the manager or head will quote the price, and we take 15%. Furthermore we are not going to be ripping you off as we cost quite more than "cheaper's" which basically means teams that cost $2.50 for a 900x900 spawn (Money Hungry). For example a 75x75 spawn will usually cost $15-$35.
Benefits
We offer many benefits here at RefractStudios as well as competitions. We believe that we should always improve team chemistry, so spending $90 monthly on the team isn't anything. We also offer 10% any products such as $.90/GB and $2/GB VPS.
Recruitment
We mostly prefer to recruit private builders by email.

RefractBuilds decided to recruit you to our team. RefractBuilds is a team of new, innovative and talented Minecraft builders. I would like to get right down to business, this indeed is an invitation to a contract. Our contracts are monthly and go by these terms.
You get around 12-15 commissions, If not met you will stay in our overtime contract plan.
We take 15% off every commision.
You may not work or manage any other build team.
You must abide from these rules.

I would like to put some numbers out there just to clarify that this is a legitimate company. Our builders have an income of $35-$300 Monthly, depending on the commission's. We get 4-5 clients weekly and in total about 30-40 Clients monthly. For a grand total of about 480 clients yearly. All of our builders are highly paid and are in good hands. We also have benefits the offer such as
10% off all RefractStudios products
This includes $.90/GB
Unlimited sick days, to an extent.

When you don’t get all the commissions that you were suppose to get we will take that as our own fault which leads to us to be giving you higher priority.
