About Me​

Hey, I often go by RefundMerch, I am 16 years old and was raised in Canada. I have been involved in the minecraft community for some time now, especially factions. I’ve taken on many challenges and have developed new and existing skills by managing a faction, staffing on many servers. I have interacted with many communities and had the pleasure to interviewing other people for specific positions. I am capable of speaking 3 languages fluently. Even though I’m a bit young to become a factions manager, I do have the maturity of someone older. Banter and jokes are fine but joking taken to a serious level is where I show maturity. As a 16 year old, I have a lot of free time on my hands. I have a lot of IRL managing experience. I was a basketball manager for my high school located in Ontario. I am currently the student secretary of my high school and was a camp leader during the summer. I manage to solve problems and situations efficiently. My goal as a manager is to make the community I manage in, grow in success and positivity. I have staffed on plenty of server in the past and always left a positive history.
