Regarding Reports

So it's been said if you report the same content more than once, it gets pushed into the queue. What if when you went to report something with the report button, it would tell you if the post was reported or not? Such as if you click "report", it would show the "reason" box or if you click "report", it would show "This post was already reported".

This is how it is with the chat box. If you go to report a message, it says that the message was already reported. This should be implemented for all areas of the forums, not just the chat box.

What about if you want to amend your report reason, or a previous report was denied for one reason, but a report is made for a new reason which would potentially be accepted? The former has certainly happened with me.

Or just stop reporting every post you see.

I think he means if the report hasn’t been completed previously it gets pushed back in the queue.

I don't believe that this is a problem significant enough to get developed, especially considering how low we've been (and hopefully will be able to!) keep our moderation backlog recently.
