I need a skript that makes a few people have to login with a special code so that staff accounts wont be compromised as easy.
before the person has entered the code, he can not do any commands or chat.

If there's a plugin for this already out there that I have not found that's better.

I've tried Authme but that gives it to all people even though I take the permissions away
