Is it necessary to register a hosting company legally in start-up? I know many bigger companies do so, but they wait until their business grows. Let me know what I need to know.

Greetings,
It is not a necessity to register your hosting company legally, but it is rather a luxury. Often times registering any company legally gives you the benefit of securing your name and preventing possible legal battles. Additionally, as stated above this will give your customer base the security of going with your host above others, as they know chances of being scammed or provided a poor service is more unlikely.
Hope I could help;

Hi there,
A registered business builds up trust, however, for your start, you do not require it to be registered.
It would just be an additional plus point making it safer for both parties as your customers know that you are legally registered and that you have the intention on working on your business just like you are very serious about it so that your company doesn't end up being a summer vacation hosting provider.
If you need help forming your company, we can help you to register it.
Thank you,
Florian
Thanks for the replies!Hello, I think its not rly necessary but it will help customers to trust you and (it depend of whats your country) but you can get lots of more taxes if you register it after mading much money (your company can die bcs of the high taxes... saw a minecraft server which died bcs it registered 2 years after opening and got 50-80% taxes)
