I will be throwing a contest. It will include making a picture including :rekt:.
You Can:
- Use computer programs
- Use basic paper
- Use a mouse or stylus
- Use basically any art style of whatever form

If your skill is editing pictures like photoshop (good or bad at it) then you can even do that.
