This is a very bad thread design, and your spelling of 'recruiting' in the title is concerning.

Your profile says you are 16, but I think if you were 16 you would know to make a better thread design than this.

The server is also named RektMC, and the wording seems quite poor. Not to trash, but I'd be surprised if anyone took this unpaid position. Once again, just my two cents, maybe try redoing the thread, especially as it's gonna be hard to get good staff if it's unpaid.
