Terms of Services By purchasing or after we receive any successful, payment(s) from you for our service's or products, you agree to our Terms Of Services.
1) Our products are completely yours after the deal is complete, with the exception that you are not allowed to resell or leak the project without our permission.
2) All payments are processed via the official RelaxDesigns PayPal through (F&F), or if you choose to go a more secure way and you decide to pay with G&S, you're responsible for all the fees.
3) Once discussed, you must pay 50% upfront payment to confirm and that work can begin.
5) You do not attempt to abuse a loophole or attempt to bypass any of our terms.
6) We will provide updates regarding your project as soon as work is displayable, and will continue to provide updates until your project is completed.
7) We do not take responsibility for any payment done with the freelancers outside Relax Designs.
8) If the product is finished, you may not request a refund for the first half.
9) Chargebacks will not be tolerated. If you open a chargeback, we will open a scam report against you, and we maintain the right to distribute or sell the project in any way we choose.
10) We have the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notification.
