Reliable, Long Term, and Budget Web Host

Hey Hosting Groups! I'm Prady and I require a website in the near future (under a month).

I'm looking for the following things.

-Very good uptime
-Long term - I'm expecting the host to be around for multiple years.
-Budget - not looking to spend more than 5 a month
-Unmetered (optional) - I'm looking for an unmetered plan as well.
-Email accounts.
-Support - Looking for reliable support who can help me with any issues I encounter. This includes helping me setup the website if needed, help setup email if needed, etc
-EU or NA location

Notes:
1) I am aware that $5 looks like very less for unmetered to some but I have seen many hosts offer unmetered for under $5
2) Please do not start a conversation with me.

Please reply to this thread with your offers as I find the space a bit crowded and hard to find a host, I would love for hosts to reach out to me!
