➼ We do not guarantee a delivery time, only an estimation for when the members will arrive. If your members don't reach my estimation, you're not entitled to a refund.

➼ If the target hasn't been reached by us for the Discord Joins that were promised by us, only then we'll partially refund or refurbishment another event to fur-fill those numbers, until then a refund is out of the equation.

➼ We are not responsible for what happens next on your Discord Server, once those numbers have been reached, the members' activities aren't associated with us, therefore, we are not responsible, if those members leave or break your rules.

➼ Every single member is a unique (real user) join, if it happens that there's a bot/alt, it isn't associated with us therefore substantial evidence will need to be provided for assistance.

➼ We may reimburse you with extra joins free of charge, however, we are not obligated to do so therefore don't expect it to happen.

➼ If there's any complication with your Discord Bot, or the method by calculating how many joins has been made in a period of time, we are not responsible and will not refund or reimburse your advertisement, if this is the case then the joins are calculated by us, the number of reactions on the giveaway, and the total members of your discord server, to determine if the criteria have been met. If you're willing to cooperate, then through your Server Settings -> Invites, the total amount of joins showcased through a screen-share.
