Hey MC-Market! Today I am looking for experienced freelancers for my company Relinquish Services!

Why should you work for my service team compared to other service teams?
- Commission. All the other companies out there offer 85% commission cut for the freelancers. At Relinquish Services, I give 90% as the cut. If there is no Salesperson, your cut bumps up to 95%.

Commission Split:
- CEO: 5%
- Salesperson: 5%
- Freelancer: 90%

A lot of service teams offer sloppy, inconsistent work. My team has polite, helpful, respectful freelancers who are extremely good at their work.

I agree, but there are still a lot that are badly bent. A lot of them also have a CEO that is only in it for the money, whereas I am interested in providing people with jobs that they enjoy and get paid for.

most developers who are good at what they do also prefer to work alone or with a select group who they know are as good as them so that they don't end up giving part of there pay to someone who just sits there and doesn't contribute to the project

You have to realize how generic your service team sounds. If a freelancer is skilled, they will get many jobs and get paid more for their services while working without a service team. You can't be so naive as to think you are providing jobs, you are simply connecting a client and customer which would have happened whether your service team existed or not. The only difference is you get paid less with a service team.
