ReMake of Houses Plugin Paying 80$ usd

Hello there guys.
Im adam Owner of JurassicNetwork
I need a Plugin called Houses its a free plugin just lots of errors and buggs
Im Paying someone to re code it with no errors/and add 2 commands
the 2 commands are
/h linkchest class number
class is the class/tier of the house
number is the number of the house
/h clearchest
i would type that and it would clear all items in
chests/furnaces/dispensers/hoppers/ect

I need Ranks Removed from the plugin
And remove
/house sign register <radius>
/house changeclasses <increment:decrement> <class>
