This is such a dick move. Why can't you allow your seller to keep his watermark?

Because its going on my steam profile. He's fine with it and I already paid for it.

So if you agreed and paid for it already, why hasn't the designer taken the watermark off?? The whole point of a watermark is to stop any use of the graphics without the designers permission while still giving a preview to the buyer.

Trying to scam tbh I don't know, The designer can also rip him off.

Since he's offering to pay us (a way not he don't prefer though) I think the Designer ripped him.

If he says he didn't want to he most likely didn't make it. Any person with basic photoshop knowledge would know not to merge the watermark layer with the main project... All it takes is a click to take it off if he didn't merge.
