As one of those who sees and has to moderate all of the garbage that gets uploaded, I can say with certainty that a huge majority of the content that gets uploaded by non-premium members isn't worthy of being uploaded as a resource, and even less should even be considered to have a price tag on it.
There is a strong correlation between users who produce great content and users who have the money to spend on a premium rank, to post their content with a price and make even more money.
Obviously premium wouldn't be worth it to members who produce low quality content and wouldn't be able to pay someone to take it let alone charge for it. They wouldn't make their money back.
However, as another member has said, those who want to use our resource platform to automatically sell their products to our community, can pay the small $10 fee.
Anyone who can't pay that is free to sell their products on their own on the forums via threads and mutual communication.

It's quite simple. If anyone registered to the forums could upload paid resources, we'd need at least 5 more mods with JUSTIS'S LEVEL OF PRODUCTIVITY, WHICH IS BS LARGE to moderate all of it.

what is the problem with you selling premium resources? what's stopping you?Even as a person who isn't premium or higher. I cannot sell any resources and that does annoy me, however I also strongly believe that the "donate for premium to sell resources" is a good thing. It will be a WIN-WIN, You get to sell resources, MCM gets to run their site for you to sell resources on.
Oh, and another point. $10 for lifetime selling of premium resources IS A FANTASTIC FUCKING DEAL! every other digital selling website (excepting maybe spigot? idk, never tried) charges per transaction, so you get anything from 95% to 65% of the profit.

As a person who sells resources using MCM I have to say the $10 fee to upload is more than reasonable. I made it back extremely quick. As long as you upload high quality content for a reasonable price you will make profit for sure. Also like said above it keeps the payed content of a certain level, if any member could just upload a payed resource I can assure you many awful products will be listed.
