Remove Advertisements for Supreme

I think that they are really annoying, even with adblock on PC. On my phone I click the stupid banner at the top all of the time. People with Supreme + Premium have invested $35 into this site and shouldn't be forced to have ads.

When we initially bought premium, it guaranteed an ad-free experience. I think we can all agree that having that redacted/changed isn't really acceptable.

Supreme should not have advertisements at all.

I'd be all up for it to be changed, but for now it doesn't bother me too much, as MCM does get revenue from it. But since people paid $35 for what was promised to be removed and isn't, should probably be removed.

This has been implemented.

Ads are invisible for Supreme until I find a system to make it dismissable.
