The title pretty much explains my suggestion. However, remove banned members from the top chatter section for the shoutbox since they are banned, and give other members a chance to make it onto the list etc. :p

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Would this count for suspended members too? I don't think you meant it like that but just wondering.
No, as they typically find there way back to the site. Only members who are truly banned from the site, with no return in the foreseen future.

Or just get rid of it as it has no use.

So what would happen if the members were unbanned?
Presumably, we would have to find a way for the user to have their name re appear within the top chatters. Rather than removing the user, more so make them invisible. They will still be there, and if an unban were to happen they will just plop back into the spot they would fall under at the time. However, most members that are banned, do not end up unbanned. 9 time out of 10.[DOUBLEPOST=1545581758][/DOUBLEPOST]
Or just get rid of it as it has no use.
It has a use for staff, as it's something mick needs to track. However, it's a good feature for users that like to know how much of a life they no longer have due to the shout box.

What is Mick able to do with a list of people that have no life?

He needs it for staff, not for the members with no life. However, removing the whole system would cause complications with what mick needs it for. Hense why it is not being removed.

Why not remove it from public view, or just have it only count for staff members?

mick will deny this in 2 months because he's too lazy to do it ^_^

Also wanna add it clears after a while, because walmart used to be at the top with 11k and then mango underneath with 10k. It resets every couple months

Being that it only seems to be an issue to you, I do not see it being removed from public view as players like to know how much of a life they no longer have.[DOUBLEPOST=1545582078][/DOUBLEPOST]

Mick wouldn't be the one to make the change ;)

Not really an issue, just something that has no use to most of the users here. I believe kag is the only one that actually checks the list constantly Kappa

Not surprised. However, I do tend to check it from time to time, when I no longer want to have a life. But, I get that. However, for the few "kag" that like to check it, would be the reason as to why it is still there.

List is useless and doesn't matter, doesn't even count your total post count. When I was active in shoutbox my numbers we're going down so I made this thread on the bug and it was denied because Mick basically said it didn't matter, so even suggesting this is kinda pointless. I should be very well at the top but I don't think I'm even on the list anymore since I no longer talk in SB.

Doing this would require custom development, and considering it is a feature that isn't even necessary to begin with I don't see a reason to do it. Eventually banned members will be overtaken by unbanned members, and once that happens the problem should solve itself naturally.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion.
