Remove Banned Top Charters from Shoutbox Top Charter Section

Hello,

Recently, while looking through the "Top Charters" section of the Shoutbox, I noticed a large sum of members is banned, just taking up space where unbanned members could show their "achivements" of getting top posters in the shoutbox.

Now, this isn't needed, however, it would be nice to eliminate the banned members from the shoutbox top charters list ( or at least in my mind ).

I see no reason to do this really. Just because you're banned it doesn't mean that you weren't one of the top chatters. Besides, give it a month or two and I'm sure that people that can actually access the site will pass them.

I disagree, they shouldn't get any personal satisfaction at all imo. OP is right.

Does anyone (other than Walmart) really get satisfaction out of being on that list though? Getting something custom made or having moderators clear it is just a bit of a waste of time and energy which could be used for other things
