Remove banned user avatar

Theres not really much for me to elaborate on, besides that I can easily identify who was banned by their avatar rather than username. It also gets a little annoying to see that picture, it just looks very weird to me the way it's designed.

I honestly see no reason to remove it. Same goes for signatures and all. We remove it so the community 'forgets' about the members that get banned.

Some communities even go the extra mile and completely delete the profile of the user.
