Remove/Change Reputation Cooldown

It's summer and it's grind time so a lot of us are doing multiple deals per day. I want to make sure I properly give reputation to each user I have a successful deal with. However, I cannot properly give out earned reputation whenever I want because of this

In multiple instances, I have had to take a screenshot of what I said and write a reminder to myself to rep the user at a later time. It's quite a nuisance and I do not like wasting my time on rewriting a rep.

My solutions:
1. For users with 10+ positive reputation or a 3+ month old account
a. Lift this limitation completely
b. Increase the limit to something reasonable like 10
(Numbers don't have to be exactly like that but you get the point.)
2. If solution 1 cannot be done, then display the time that another rep can be given

Pros:
- Give people you deal with feedback at any given time.
- No need to delay or deprive a user of their earned reputation
- Doesn't waste people's time

Cons:
- Could allow for abuse of the reputation system. However, those who abuse the reputation system will abuse it regardless of limitations such as these. In solution 1, the requirements for users to have this limitation lifted or modified should filter out any abusers.

I didn't see that thread before posting this but even so, Mick's response and final solution aren't satisfactory so I think this thread is still valid.

I personally don't see much harm in this. However, at the same time, I feel it'd possibly be a way to boost rep. But I mean, if you're doing deals that are legitimate and are in good nature a limitation within the amount given per day shouldn't be needed. Or at the very least have a cap of 5 rather than one.

This has been suggested and denied in the past. The reason for the limitation is to prevent abuse and people giving out too much feedback. If you consistently do 5+ deals a day, then you'd have to decide to wait until later to give the reputation or you have to consider whether the person actually deserves the reputation in the first place. The limitation prevents abuse.
