Remove diamond ore

I run a Minecraft server and to make people PvP more since it is a Survival server I have chosen to make the normal world a non PvP world where you can live, yet there are no diamonds.
If you want diamonds you have to go to the Resource World which has diamonds but is 850x850 and has PvP enabled.

Now the problem I have run into is getting rid of the diamonds. I am unable to do it. I have tried world edit and all sorts of other things including Asyncworld edit and fastasyncworld edit. Also McEdit.

I need a skript or plugin that deletes the ores, or at the least drops no diamonds and and puts a message in chat to the user saying "Diamonds are only achievable in the Resource world." it needs multi world support.
