This is posted on behalf of the MC-Market Cool Kids Club Community.

We (Cool kids), purchased Premium/Supreme in order to get rid of the advertisements, while supporting this site.

We come on, and we see this server management advertisement, which 90% of the whole market doesn't even need.

I've created a Poll for the community to vote.

Thanks.

Wow. A logical user. Thank you very much.

No. It's the same thing....
It is not the same thing. Users are complaining about it getting in their way of MCM's normal use. However, this would prevent it from annoying people, which is causing the problem.

No one is complaining about a picture everyone can remove as they said with AdBlock. It's the fact that people are lied to.

Edit: Some people hate the image I guess...
From what I can see, "lying" to users with donated ranks is "allowed"

Code:
3.4 User-Purchased Perks, Privileges and Ranks
3.4.1 All users agree that user-purchased perks, privileges and ranks may be revoked, altered or modified at any time without warning. This Fair Usage Policy does not recognise any other agreements made between MC-Market and users regarding user-purchased perks, privileges and ranks.
3.4.2 All users agree that they are not entitled to a refund or chargeback after purchasing any user-purchased perks, privileges and ranks.
3.4.3 All users agree this Fair Usage Policy allows MC-Market to remove or suspend any user account that contravenes section 3.4.2 of the Mc-Market Fair Usage Policy.

I'm not saying I don't agree with that, but the rules are the rules.

heh those weren't there a while back

In fact, there was no such "fair usage policy" before September/November AFAIK.
