3 posts, when coming in is kind a high i believe, should be directed to make a Hello post in a welcome forum instead.

High? Surely 3 posts isnt too much to ask. Doesn't really take long.

I think it's 5 times in most cases now (theoretically 3-5, but most often 5), but still not exactly astronomical. Spigot has a minimum of 20 posts and 1 week account age to be able to even POST in the services section. Prohibiting links until 5 posts isn't really a problem.
