Personally, I don't believe we should be issuing medals that will at some point no longer apply.
The medal should be removed entirely. The criteria for earning it has never been solid anyways.

I don't think it should be removed personally. The medal is unique and limited. It means that at one point you owned a server which was in the top 50 of a popular voting site.

I simply don't see a reason for it to be removed.

They did have a large server at the time the medal was awarded. I think it's a nice bit of history of the site and although we have now discontinued it, I don't think we should remove any evidence of it ever existing. I really like the idea of having medals for involvement in the community/other things, and I would probably add more if there were things to add them for that were good ideas. Justis please don't murder me.
