Remove scam reports that....

My suggestion was to remove scam reports from this section on your profile.

The removal should occur on the circumstances depending on

• False evidence
• Impersonation
• Defamatory
• The user marking it solved before the scam report fully occurs.
• Misunderstanding.

An example would be this.

We’ve implemented a different status named Identity Not Confirmed for impersonations. If you have a scam report that needs its prefix changed to Unconfirmed then open a support request.

I personally don’t like the idea of removing scam reports from the tab. Every scam report can be learned from and a deal can be done better by knowing what happened in the past. Changing the status I’m personally fine with, I just don’t think we need more status’ than unconfirmed, resolved, banned, and pending.

Misunderstanding as in,

The user filed the report too early and was paid a little after before the report could've even been open.

If it’s an impersonator or false evidence I agree. I don’t think misunderstandings, and late payments should be removed from the tab as it shows the character of the person - they could be notorious for taking out loans and being REALLY late on paying em back and that should be a red flag for anyone who deals with them.

There are reports because the users are too furious to file a report, I had a report which basically they made after 10 minutes of wait of the deal despite I did said I’ll be back in 30 minutes, I paid him opened mcm and saw him saying he filed a report on me lmao

In my opinion, Unconfirmed just makes it sound worse than Report Closed.
Nobody is going to do that if it implies that it *could* have been them doing it.

That’s because it indeed could have been them doing it. Unconfirmed means there isn’t enough proof to confirm that it was that user. It could have been, or it could have been an impersonator.

As Kram has said, we have implemented a few different descriptions for the status of scam reports. We won't be removing scam reports from the tab entirely though, it's still beneficial for any prospective buyers to know.
