Remove Smilies Limit in Signatures

I ran across this problem while I was adding quotes in my signature.
I don't really see why a limit for the amount of smilies is in your signature as I'm sure people don't come across this problem often, so I say it should be removed :3 ​

good thing too, or we'd be getting alt accounts and nub members with the above wall of 's in their sig
