Remove Spectrum's +rep

Simple. Remove like 75% of Spectrum's rep since it's all such basic rep farming shit, give him a shit ton of warning points, and remove his thread where he's giving out free shit for +rep. Simple as fuck, just do it already before other people take advantage of staff not giving a shit about the site, and do the same thing.
