Remove the ability to purchase resources until this issue is fixed

Since Management won't put up a Banner in the resource section / tweet / anything OFFICIALLY for the community, my suggestion is to remove the ability for people to purchase any resource until it is fully working.

People have had their concerns of them not being able to download what they purchased, so having the ability to purchase is not ideal.

But in my opinion, it is not in the best interest of the community to maintain access to purchasing resources if they cannot download it since there is nothing letting the community know it isn't just them. They shouldn't have to find out from the community on what the issue is or that it isn't just them.

The community shouldn't have to tell people what the issue is and that it isn't just them; that should lie solely on the Management team. Sure, the community can help out but if they are the only ones actively telling people it isn't just them, that looks bad on the Management team.

Do something to let the community know as a whole it isn't just them and give them tips on how to get their download (even though the second part should be common sense :rofl

The sellers shouldn't have to risk charge-backs because some people don't have the sense to ask the seller for the resource link and the sellers shouldn't have to risk charge-backs because the management team won't inform the community as a whole.

I locked this since Mick or whoever put a Banner up to inform resource buyers.
However, earlier someone mentioned how they purchased a resource from someone who is suspended and they do not know their contact information. Since no one but staff can start conversations with suspended members, the community should be informed on what to do in this instance; such as creating a ticket asking a moderator to create a conversation between the seller and buyer.
